TEAM BUILDING & TEAM BONDING

Building, developing and strengthening teams are our core businesses. In our programs we teach people how to work as a team and solve problems together. Team building to us is more than just playing ‘fun activities’ together. It must be focus-based so that we can select the most suitable activities to meet our clients objective whether is for improving team relationship or building a high performance team.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE

Sometimes a non- ‘structured’ approach to team building is prefered. One such alternative for this would be an outdoor adventure outing such as jungle trekking and kayaking expedition. Our team of highly qualified and experience trainers will lead your team through these activities to ensure maximum safety and learning experience. Through these activities team members will learn to trust and work with fellow team members. The activity can range from light and easy to rough and tough and from a day outing to a week long adventure.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

We also assist our clients to make their team building or team outing a success. We can help our clients book hotels, arrange transportation and flights. As a value added service we can also make the evening session more lively and meaningful for your team with our evening team bonding activities and ‘Edutainment Sessions’. ECO TOURISM

For those who simply want to explore Mother Nature or engage in some form of adventure for leisure we can arrange for our panel of experienced guide to lead you and your entourage. This is an exclusive service and there is no minimum number. Our guides can lead you to go mountain climbing in any of the hills in Malaysia, jungle trekking at attractive locations, rock climbing at selected venues, snorkeling and SCUBA diving around Malaysia’s beautiful islands, caving at famous caves in the country or simply enjoy Malaysia’s scenic river cruises.
