This activity is about process improvement, benchmarking and the need to use different strategy to achieve new goals. It require members to establish a work process and then improve their process. To achieve the desired outcome the team will have to depart from conventional thinking / think outside the box and apply creativity and innovation

ACID RIVER

The team must find a way to cross a contaminated area without any of them touching the deadly zone. Limited resources are given and team has to support each other to reach the destination. Along the way surprises are thrown in and the team must learn to adapt to the new situation. The team has a choice of doing it the conventional and ‘hard’ way or the smart solution to the problem. Most of the time teams overlook the simple solution

ESCAPE FROM JEREJAK

The objective of this activity is to successfully overcome all the obstacles in the course. At least three different type of obstacles is given to the team. The first is releasing themselve from the ‘handcuff’. Next is to escape from the ‘prison’ and finally to prepare the necessary tools and structure to escape from the island. A very exciting team activity that test the teams creativity and cohesiveness

STRINGS OF UNITY

In this activity participants are given a 18 feet pole and some other resources including a role of strings. The  objective is to erect the pole without touching it. It requires good planning and strategy and most important of all, coordination between the members and undivided focus and concentration. It requires a number of 15-25 people. A good finale activity where the whole team come together as one.
